Following release of a draft needs assessment report in October, the O2OA team have combined comments and new data to produce a final version. This updated report includes more focus group and interview data, addresses readers’ comments and draws together final recommendations for workflows (NB V2 corrects a minor error, revision details listed in document)
The team are already underway with Work Package 2, in which we review current processes alongside the identified needs. The output of this phase – due late summer 2015 – is a series of workflows ready for live testing in the third and final part of the project. Wish us luck!
