Cov nights out with a bang this Bonfire Night

What’s the use of ‘remembering, remembering’ the 5th of November if you’re not going to celebrate Guy Fawkes Night in style? So wrap up and write your name with a sparkler this weekend!

Hare and Hounds – Friday 4th

If you’re looking to tuck into some pub grub or a BBQ while watching rockets whizzing through the sky, the bonfire will be lit from 7pm onwards and the sky will be alight with colour at 7:45pm.

This is a festival of fireworks and fun! Kicking off at 6pm, there will be a great bonfire, lots of food and drink to keep your toasty, and even a fun fair – what more could you want?

Binley Woods – Saturday 5th

3rd Coventry Scout HQ, 40-42 Bromleigh Drive, off Binley Road, Coventry CV2 5LX

Dib dib dibdob dob dob. The scouts are opening up their doors at 5:30pm with hot drinks, hot dogs, burgers and more on offer. There will be an outdoor sweet shop if you’re looking for a sugary snack.

Take in the views of the river Leam in the pub garden and stay warm by the bonfire-side. For the perfect autumnal night, there will be a live band, an open kitchen – with paella on offer – and half the entry will go to charity!

Looking for a location with some history? Kenilworth Castle has been on the scene for the past 900 years and provides a dramatic backdrop to one of the biggest firework displays in the Midlands.

Warwick Racecourse will be transformed by a huge bonfire and fireworks that will light up the county town. We don’t remember Guy Fawkes having a bouncy castle but there will be one to celebrate the night in Warwick.

There will once again be a BBQ and stalls at the Stratford spectacular! The fireworks will be dancing to music and doing moves no one could possibly do on Strictly.
