That’s right, after shouting about the new alumni team we already have an event organised for current students taking place this Friday (23 February) at Square One, The Hub at 12pm.
The event will be an opportunity to learn what life can be like after Coventry University if you have a particularly entrepreneurial mind set. There will also be free pizza (yes, we said free).
The event will be opened by the head of the alumni team, followed by the Enterprise Hub who will be presenting on social enterprise ideas and the support they can offer. You will then get the chance to hear from two alumni speakers – Shah Wali and Maham Sherwari. They used help from the Enterprise Hub to launch an app which helps students make friends when they start university.
The event takes place in Square One, The Hub and is open to all students. It starts with free pizza at 12pm, followed by the presentations. You will then have a chance to chat to the team from the Enterprise Hub and Shah and Maham.
