Julie Bayley (Impact Officer) and Julia Ryall (Programmes Director, Post Award) were delighted to present on Coventry’s impact work at the annual Association of Research Managers and Administrators (ARMA) conference . The event, held this year at the Hilton Hotel Blackpool (June 9-11, 2014) was attended by a range of research support and management staff and forms a central part of the ARMA calendar.
“Embedding impact: effecting institutional change through the development and rollout of an Impact Capture System at Coventry University” covered both ERIC and the process of developing an impact culture within a UK university. The session aimed to share Coventry’s learning from undertaking this process and offer delegates insight to shape activities in their own institutions.
