METPEX is a study funded by the EU FP7 Framework which aims to develop, validate and evaluate a standardised tool to measure passenger experience across whole journeys.
The METPEX team are looking for focus group participants to tell us about their travelling experiences: the results will be used to inform the development of an EU measurement tool to determine the quality of the passenger experience.
Ten participants are needed for each of the following passenger groups:
- Women
- Travellers with children
- Commuters
- Low income/unemployed
- Under 24
- Mobility restricted and disabled
- Over 64
- Visitors: international or domestic
The focus groups will be taking place between 29th April and 7th May at in the Bugatti Seminar Room at Coventry University and will last for a maximum of one hour. Light refreshments will be included.
All data collected will be kept completely confidential and the study conforms to the Coventry University ethical guidelines.
