Employment Preparedness

The employment marketplace is increasingly competitive and for a graduate to succeed, they must offer a wide range of skills that will be sought by employers, irrespective of where they live and work.

It is our responsibility to provide employer engagement, real-world projects, critical thinking skills and further study that will enhance our graduates’ employment prospects.

A current and on going understanding of the changing needs of the global employment market demands of the 21st century is necessary, as well as an understanding of the employment opportunities for widening participation, first-generation or any group of disadvantaged students.
